Photographs

Jake's photographs couldn't have come at a better time. Just as he is settling into his new home and we are starting to realize we won't talk to him as often as we were, we get to see his smiling face...and the smiling faces of the Malawi people that have touched his life so far...and ours.
Here are two of my favorites. To view all of the photos, click Here

Hey Jake, now that I am past the catch in my throat, it is possible to tell you what is in my heart. You look so at home among your new friends. They cannot fail to love you as you were in Lithuania by those who knew you there. All good wishes to you and to them. Such benefits as will come from this new adventure keep me waiting for the next chapter. Love, Phyllis

Jake,

The pictures are great! The countryside is beautiful. The poverty is also clear. You look like you're making many good friends. Keep up the great work.
